Private Pay Session Rates
I typically schedule my sessions to last 60 minutes. If you feel that you might need additional time or have other concerns, we can work together to discuss the options.
In-Network Insurances
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care and Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA)
If you have your health insurance through one of these carriers, please call the number listed on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your mental health benefits.
If you have a different insurance carrier, you are uninsured, you choose not to use your insurance to pay or do not have a mental health diagnosis that allows me to bill your insurance, I will provide you with a document outlining the estimated cost of your mental health care. This document is known as a “Good Faith Estimate” and is required under the “No Surprises Act”. For more information about these requirements, click here. In addition, I can provide a monthly “superbill” as a record of the payments you have made. This “superbill” can be submitted to your alternate insurance company to request partial reimbursement.
